Behind The Designs

At Red Letter Legion, our designs carries weight because the Gospel carries weight. While soft, watered-down “sugar-coated” visuals have become common in Christian apparel, we venture to go the opposite way. Jesus’ words—the red letters—were bold, confrontational, and world-shaking, and we believe our designs should reflect that same intensity. The brutality in our artwork isn’t for shock value; it’s a reminder that spiritual warfare is real, sacrifice is costly, and the victory of Christ was won through blood, courage, and truth. While we are saved by grace through our faith in Christ Jesus, our designs are a firm reminder that victory over death by our Savior was His brutal sacrifice. Where there is anointing, there is sacrifice. These designs are meant to awaken, not entertain—calling believers to rise, stand firm, and make no peace with evil.

Red Letter Legion exists to confront the reality that following Christ means dying to the old self, facing darkness head-on, and standing in a world at war. Skulls aren’t a celebration of death—they’re a symbol of victory over it. The aggressive imagery isn’t meant to glorify violence but to reflect the seriousness of the battles believers actually face. While many brands choose soft, sugar-coated visuals, we choose designs that speak to the warrior spirit Jesus called us to carry.
